摘　　要：科技风险问题是现代社会不可回避的紧迫性重大问题。从直接性来看,科技风险的形而下类型可分为内生性风险、嵌入性风险和外延性风险;根据风险类型,可以设计相应的风险克制路径,分别指向技术的升级换代、伦理规范整合与社会治理模式。The scientific and technical risk is an urgency and monumental problems in current.It appears straight forward that the risk can be divided into three types philosophically,including endogenetic risk,embedded risk and extensional risk.According to the risk types,we can design some ways to deal with them.It＇s including the breakthrough of technology,the management of Ethics Code and public governance model.
