摘  要:考察了预先水提取除去水溶性物质的样品预处理方法对油菜花粉超临界CO2萃取效果及化学成分的影响,并与相同条件下直接进行萃取的油菜花粉对比。结果表明,前法可显著提高油菜花粉超临界CO2萃取率和萃取物中脂肪酸和甾醇这两类化合物的含量。A pretreatment process of removing water-soluble substances in rape bee pollen before supercritical CO2 extraction was introduced.The effect of this pretreatment on extraction yield and chemical compositions of the oil from rape been pollen by supercritical CO2 extraction was investigated.The experimental results of pretreated and unpretreated rape bee pollen were compared and showed that the former method cound enhance the extraction yield of oil,and increase the content of both fatty acids and sterols in oil.
