摘　　要：青蒿素是我国科学家于20世纪70年代初从植物黄花蒿中分离得到的有效抗疟疾药物。研究发现青蒿素及其衍生物除具有抗疟活性外,还表现出抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫调节等多种药理作用。本文综述了近年来青蒿素衍生物包括酯类、醚类、肽类和二聚体类的体外抗肿瘤活性的研究进展,为进一步研究提供参考。Artemisinin,isolated from Artemisa annua,was found as anti-malarial drug by Chinese scientists in the 1970s.Later studies showed that besides anti-malarial activities,artemisinin and its derivatives had antitumor,antibacteria and immune regulation activities.This review discusses in vitro antitumor activities of artemisinin derivatives,including esters,peptides and dimers,in order to provide reference for further research in this subject.
