摘  要:在培养箱中用含有不同浓度K2Cr2O7的Hoagland营养液处理有4片叶子的大豆幼苗,8 d后测量其生理指标以揭示Cr6+对大豆幼苗毒害机制。结果表明:低浓度K2Cr2O7(5 mg.L-1)对大豆幼苗的生长有促进作用,与对照相比,其株高、叶绿素含量分别增加了4.97%、18.2%,MDA含量降低了15.95%,POD活性差异不显著;而高浓度K2Cr2O7(10~100 mg.L-1)对大豆幼苗有显著毒害作用,随K2Cr2O7浓度的增加,其株高、叶绿素含量显著降低,脯氨酸含量升高、细胞膜透性增大,POD活性显著降低,幼苗生长受到抑制。In order to study toxic mechanism of Cr6+ to plant, soybean seedlings with four leaves were cultured in Hoagland's nutrient solution that containing different concentration of Cr6 + . Physiological functions of soybean seedlings were investigated after eight days treatment. The results showed that Cr6+ with low concentration (5 mg ·L -1 ) stimulated the growth of soybean seedlings. Height and total chlorophyll content of soybean seedlings increased by 4.97% and 18.2% respectively after 5 mg · L-1 Cr6+ treatment. Moreover, MDA content decreased 15.95% and the POD activity did not have significant difference compared with control, however, Cr6+ with high concentration( 10- 100 mg · L-1)inhibited the growth of soybean seed- lings, plant height, total chlorophyll content and POD activity of soybean seedlings all decreased, however, proline content and permeability of cell membranes increased after high concentration Cr6 + treatments.
