摘  要:对3个大豆品种辽豆10、PI88788和PI90763子叶展开后同时接种大豆胞囊线虫1号、3号和14号生理小种。分别于接种后6、12、18、24和30 d取样,测定各品种根部丙二醛含量、电解质渗透率以及叶片的叶绿素含量3项生理指标,分析不同大豆品种接种大豆胞囊线虫不同生理小种后生理变化以及各品种与所接种线虫的抗性关系。结果表明:PI88788接种大豆胞囊线虫1号生理小种和PI90763接种14号生理小种后3种生理指标均显著高于对照,而PI88788接种大豆胞囊线虫3号和14号生理小种后3种生理指标略高于对照;PI90763接种大豆胞囊线虫1号和3号生理小种后3种生理指标略高于对照。试验结果表明PI88788对大豆胞囊线虫3号和14号生理小种具有一定的抗性;PI90763对于大豆胞囊线虫1号和3号生理小种具有一定的抗性。不同大豆品种对大豆胞囊线虫不同生理小种的抗病性与接种SCN后大豆植株内丙二醛含量、电解质渗透率以及叶绿素含量的变化密切相关。Three soybean varieties Liaodou 10, P188788 and PI90763 were inoculated with different races of Heterodera glycine (race 1, race 3, race 14) separately . MDA contents, electronic efflux percentage and chlorophyll contents were ana- lyzed to explore the resistance relationships between soybean varieties and Heterodera glycine that incubated with them in this study. The results showed that the three physiological indices of PI88788 incubated with H. glycine race 1 and P190763 incu- bated with H. glycine race 14 were both higher than those in control soybean cuhivars. However, the three physiological indi- ces of P188788 incubated with H. glycine race 3 and race 14 were only a little higher than those in control soybean cultivars. Moreover, the three physiological indices of PI90763 incubated with H. glycine race 1 and race 3 were also a little higher than those in control soybean cultivars. The results above indicated that PI88788 has resistance to H. glycine race 3 and race 14 and PI90763 has resistance to H. glycine race 1 and race 3 . Besides, it was concluded that the changes of MDA contents, electronic efflux percentage and chlorophyll contents had closely relationships with the resistance of soybean cultivars to H. glycine.
