摘 要:分别对合丰49和合丰50大豆品种在1~3片复叶期掐尖,以不掐尖处理为对照,研究了掐尖时期对大豆农艺性状和产量的影响。结果表明:掐尖对大豆的株高、节数、分枝数、单株荚数和粒数产生了一定影响,与对照间的差异达到显著或极显著水平。大豆产量在掐尖处理中表现一致,2个品种均是1片复叶期掐尖产量最高,合丰49与合丰50分别较对照增产9.65%和28.80%。因此,1片复叶期掐尖对大豆增产效果较好。The growing point of Hefeng 49 and Hefeng 50 were removed from the 1st to 3rd compound leaf stage, with no treatment as control, the effect of stage of removing growing point on agronomic characters and yield of soybean were investi- gated. The results showed that removing growing point had significant or very significant effects on plant height, branch number, node number, pods per plant and grains per plant. Yield of the two soybean variety had consistent performance at different treating stage, with removing growing point at 1 st compound leaf stage the highest, the yield of Hefeng 49 and Hefeng 50 increased by 9.65% and 28.80% compared with control, respectively. In conclusion, removing growing point at the 1st compound leaf stage was the most appropriate period of improving soybean yield.
