摘　　要：对薄型苎麻织物进行液氨和形态记忆聚氨酯(SPU)整理。聚氨酯整理时,对交联剂和聚氨酯用量,焙烘温度和时间对织物强力和折皱回复性的影响进行正交试验,确定了形态记忆整理优化工艺:交联剂10 g/L,聚氨酯100 g/L,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间3 min。整理织物具有良好的折皱回复性和较高的强力保持率,抗弯刚度变小,手感更为柔软滑爽,缩水率明显下降。Shape memory finish with polyurethane and liquid ammonia treatment of tropical ramie fabric were carried out.The effect of cross linking agent and polyurethane dosage,curing temperature and time on strength and crease recovery of the treated fabric were investigated by orthogonal experiments.The optimum conditions were cross linking agent 10 g/L,polyurethane 100 g/L,curing at 140 ℃ for 3 minutes.The finished ramie fabric featured excellent crease recovery property,high strength retention,smooth and soft hand,as well as reduced washing shrinkage.
