用腈纶废丝制备聚丙烯酸浆料及其性能的研究

摘　　要：介绍了以腈纶废丝为原料,采用碱法水解制备聚丙烯酸类纺织浆料的过程,测试了制备的聚丙烯酸浆料的性能,结果表明,该浆料具有良好的黏度热稳定性,且对涤棉混纺纱具有较好的黏附性,浆纱耐磨性好,毛羽贴伏。This article introduces the preparation of acrylic size by use of alkaline hydrolytic waste acrylic fiber. The properties of acrylic size are tested. It has proved that the size has better thenno -viscosity stability, better adhesion to polyester cotton blended yarn, better sizing abrasion resistance and can improve hairiuess.
