摘　　要：介绍了生产Lyocell LF纱和珍珠纤维/棉混纺纱交织物时,络筒工序、浆纱工序和喷气织造工序采取的一系列有效措施,关键是浆纱工艺和浆料配方的选择,主辅喷嘴气压和时间的选择,织机不宜使用金属刺辊边撑,建议改用橡胶环边撑。A series of effective measures in the processes of cone winding, sizing and air- jet weaving in producing Lyocell LF/Pearl cotton yarn are introduced. Optomizing size formula and sizing process, property selecting main air jet pressure and rimming as well as use of rubber temple instead of metal temple are the keys in interlacing of the blended yarn.
