摘 要:建立了肿节风中异秦皮啶和迷迭香酸含量的测定方法。以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20:80,V/V)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,UV检测波长为342 nm。样品经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后,按选定的色谱条件进行分析,异秦皮啶和迷迭香酸分别在0.011~2.214μg/mL、0.022~2.198μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.999 0。方法的加标回收率为102.57%~102.94%。该方法灵敏快速,操作简便,重现性好,可用于肿节风药材的质量控制。The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) detection method was developed for the determination of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid in Sarcandra glabra.The conditions of HPLC were the following: the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(80:20,V/V),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35 ℃,the detection wavelength was 342 nm.The liner range was 0.011-2.214 μg/mLand 0.022-2.198 μg/mL of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid,with the correlation coefficients of 0.999.The average recoveries of the two ingredient were 102.57% and 102.94% correspondingly in Sarcandra glabra.The method was successfully applied to the detemination of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid in Sarcandra glabra.
