摘 要:以正己醇为油相,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,FeSO4、MnSO4、ZnSO4混合溶液为水相先制成油包水的反相微乳液;NaOH溶液为沉淀剂、H2O2为氧化剂,再在微乳液中制备Mn-Zn铁氧体磁性纳米粒子,研究了溶液的浓度、表面活性剂(CTAB)和水的不同质量比对样品的物相、微结构、磁性能的影响。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的相、微结构和磁性能进行表征,结果表明:浓度低时,样品中含有较多的α-FeOOH,α-FeOOH的含量随溶液的浓度升高而减少;样品的平均晶粒尺寸为10 nm左右,并且随表面活性剂(CTAB)和水的质量比的增大而减小;样品的磁滞回线无磁滞,呈超顺磁性,其饱和磁化强度随溶液的浓度升高而增大,随表面活性剂(CTAB)和水的质量比的增大而减小。Nanocrystalline MnZn-ferrite particles with different nanosize were prepared from water-in-oil microemulsion consisting of n-hexanol as an oil phase,surfactant CTAB and an aqueous solution of mixed metal sulfates.A sodium hydroxide solution was used as the precipitating agent and a hydrogen peroxide as the oxidizing reagent.The effects of solution concentration and different mass ratios of surfactant and water were studied on chemical phase,structure,microstructure of the samples respectively.The synthesized materials were characterized using an X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results indicate a few α-FeOOH exists in Mn-Zn ferrite samples and the content of α-FeOOH decreases with the increasing of solution concentration.The average crystallite size of Mn-Zn ferrite is about 10nm and decreases with the increasing of mass ratios of surfactant and water.The hysteresis loops of Mn-Zn ferrite samples do not show any hysteresis,which shows Mn-Zn ferrite prepared in reverse microemulsion is superparamagnetism material.The saturation magnetization of Mn-Zn ferrite samples rises with increasing solution concentration,but reduces with increasing mass ratios of surfactant and water.
