摘 要:发电厂直流润滑油泵系统采用传统的切换电阻方式启停油泵电机会对直流电源系统造成较大的浪涌冲击,另外通过接触器直接开断直流电机会引起严重的燃弧和触头烧损问题,使得接触器的寿命很短,可靠性低。采用一种基于全控IGBT器件和PWM控制技术的直流电机软启动控制系统,很好地解决了传统系统所存在的问题,实现了较高的可靠性和免维护性,对发电厂直流油泵系统的安全运行具有重要的意义。在此介绍了该系统的基本原理、设计方案和实验测试结果。最后通过在发电厂的实际运行,验证了系统的可靠性。In power plants,DC lube oil pump is started and stopped still using traditional method,i.e.,switching resis-tors,which may cause severe surge to the DC power system.In addition,frequent opening and closing of the the DC contactor may bring about some issues such as arcing and contact burning off,thus reducing the service life of the con-tactor and resulting in poor reliability.This paper presents a fully-controlled IGBT-based PWM DC motor soft start con-trol system,which solve the problems with the traditional systems and achieve higher reliability and maintenance-free operation.The principle of the system works,system configuration and design,and experimental results are discussed.This DC lube-oil pump control system is put into service and greatly enhanced the safety of power plant operation.
