摘  要:通过分析氦氖激光器加速寿命试验中电源性能的要求,设计了一款平均电流控制模式的氦氖激光高压电源,并对电压电流双环控制进行了论述。实验表明,该电源高压输出可达5~6 kV,用以提供氦氖激光管的击穿电压;电源正常工作电压为1.8~2.5 kV,可使氦氖激光管正常工作。在10 mA的电流水平下,激光管持续工作,电流误差很小,电流稳定性比较高,并且能够实现自动稳流,这在激光管加速寿命实验中有重要意义。According to the characteristics of He-Ne laser tube in the laser accelerated life test,a He-Ne laser power supply based on single-pole and single-zero network controllers is designed.The voltage and current double loop based on average current control is used in the voltage power supply.The output voltage ranges from 5 kV to 6 kV,which can be used for lighting He-Ne laser tube.When the laser tube works in normal condition,the output voltage of pow-er supply ranges from 1.8 kV to 2.5 kV.At the current of 10 mA,the laser tube can work continually and steadily.Meanwhile,the current can be stabilized automatically,which is very important in the laser accelerated life test.
