摘  要:多元芳烃/烷烃混合物的渗透汽化膜分离技术是降低石脑油的芳烃含量,生产低芳优质乙烯原料的潜在技术.以独山子石化公司提供的直馏石脑油为原料,采用芳烃优先透过的商品渗透汽化膜对渗透汽化降低芳烃含量,优化乙烯原料进行探索.研究结果表明,石脑油渗透汽化过程的渗透通量在0.08-1.07 kg/(m^2.h)之间,增浓系数在1.4-4.5之间;不同芳烃组分的增浓系数随碳数增大而降低.随切割比增大,石脑油的芳烃含量下降.切割比为20%时,石脑油的芳烃质量分数由7.52%降至4.67%,下降了38%,初步证实了渗透汽化膜分离技术降低石脑油的芳烃含量,优化乙烯原料的可行性.The separation of multi-component aromatic/aliphatic by pervaporation is a potential technology for the production of low-aromatic ethylene feedstock.In the present study,the straight-run naphtha supplied by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company was used as feed,the flexibility of ethylene feed upgrading by pervaporation was investigated using a commercial pervaporation membrane for aromatic permeation.The results show that the flux were between 0.08 and 1.07 kg/(m2·h),and the enrichment factor between 1.4 and 4.5.The enrichment factors of aromatics decreas with the increase in carbon number.The aromatic content of naphtha is decreased with increasing stage cut,which is reduced from 7.52% to 4.67% at the stage cut of 20%.Benzene with the greatest enrichment factor is almost removed from naphtha at a low stage cut.It is show that the removal of aromatics from naphtha by pervaporation is feasible.
