摘　　要：印刷压力是控制印品质量的重要因素之一,现在很多印刷厂仍采用凭经验调试的方法来确定印刷压力,即一面目测印刷质量,一面调节印刷压力,这种方法在很大程度上掺杂了操作者的主观因素。文中讨论的印刷压力检验新方法就是通过在线检测包衬物接触区的宽度,从而达到测量印刷压力的目的。Printing pressure is one of the key factorin controlling the print quality,Now many printing office still adopts the traditional method which debugs depending on the experience to determine the printing pressure,namely measuresthe print quality with the eye,at the same time adjusts the printing pressure,this method has included operator＇s subjective factor to a great extent.The new printing pressure measurementdiscussed by this articleis that measuring the width contacted with roller to get the printing pressure.
