摘  要:微波烧结炉驱动电源是用来驱动磁控管的,采用PWM脉宽调制技术,通过调节PWM信号占空比实现对系统输出功率的调节。PWM信号由以ATm ega16系列单片机为核心的电路产生,电路利用PID算法实现对PWM占空比的精确调节,通过串口与上位机通信。利用Visual C++6.0开发上位机软件,可实现温度曲线设置、烧结曲线的实时绘制与保存,PID参数设置等功能。对氧化锌压敏电阻进行了烧结,结果表明,由该电源组成的系统烧结效果优于传统烧结。In the power supply for driving magnetron,the Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) technology was adopted,the adjustment of PWM signal duty cycle was used to realize the regulation of output power.PWM signals were generated from the circuit which was based on ATmega16 chip,and the circuit uses the PID algorithm to adjust PWM duty cycle and communicates with PC through a COM port.The host computer software,which is developed in Visual C++ 6.0,is able to realize the set of temperature curve,the real-time rendering and saving of sintering curves and the set of PID parameters.ZnO Varistors are sintered and tested,and the result shows that the sintering result of this system is superior to those of traditional sintering.
