摘  要:介绍了一种基于ARM7八并行AD的阵列式皮带秤的数据采集系统。该系统采用LPC2142微处理器,根据比率激励测量法原理,完成了前向通道的滤波、放大、模数转换电路以及测速模块的设计,并采取了硬件和软件抗干扰措施。实验验证了阵列式皮带秤称重精度高、响应速度快、稳定性良好,能很好地满足工业的使用要求。Data acquisition system of 8-Parallel AD belt weigh meter array based on ARM7 microprocessor was introduced.The system selected LPC2142 microprocessor,according to the ratio of incentive measurement,filtering,amplification,analog-digital conversion circuit in the former channel and speed measurement module was designed.In addition,anti-interference measures of hardware and software were taken.The results show that the belt weigh meter array has high precision,fast response and good stability,it satisfies with industrial application requirements.
