摘 要:针对常规的直流电流检测方法存在的缺点,设计了一种全新的直流电流检测方式。在该方式中,以2个环形磁芯线圈作为传感器,将通有直流电流的被测导线穿过2个环形磁芯线圈,则该导线在磁芯中产生恒定的磁通,同时控制电路在2个环形磁芯中加入变化磁通,2部分磁通在每个磁芯中形成合成磁通,再将每个磁芯中的合成磁通所产生的磁场能经差动电桥电路进行差动运算,即可实现检测出导线通过的直流电流。实验结果证明了该检测方式的正确性和可行性。In allusion to the shortcomings existing in conventional detection method on DC current,a new DC current detection manner was designed.In this manner,the two ring magnetic core-coils were taken as the sensor,the conducting wire in which the detected DC current passed,crossed over the two ring magnetic core-coils,then generated the constant magnetic flux in the two ring magnetic cores.And simultaneously the control circuit added the changed magnetic flux in the two ring magnetic cores,and two parts of magnetic flux formed the combined magnetic flux in each magnetic core,the magnetic energy of the combined magnetic flux in each magnetic core was done difference operation by the differential bridge circuit.The manner achieved the detection of the DC current in the wire.The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the detection manner.
