摘 要:以硝酸盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合常压烧结在1000℃制备出CaMnO3和掺杂Sm3+的(Ca1-xSmxMnO3)热电材料。利用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM研究了材料的物相和微观形貌,重点考察了Sm3+掺杂对CaMnO3的高温热电性能参数Seebeck系数、电阻率和功率因子的影响。结果表明,制备出的Sm3+掺杂的热电材料为单一的物相,具有致密的内部结构,Sm3+掺杂可以有效地改变其热电性能,当Sm3+的掺杂量为0.05时可获得最佳的热电性能,600℃它的功率因子为2.3×10-4W/(m·K2)。Thermoelectric materials of CaMnO3 doped with Sm3+ion were synthesized by the sol-gel method and by sintering at 1000℃in air with nitrales as starting materials.The phase composition and microstructure were carefully studied by TG-DTA,XRD,SEM.Thermoelectric properties such as the Seebeck coefficient,electrical resistivity and power factor of Ca1-xSmxMnO3 were carefully studied.The results showed that the samples of CaMnO3doped with Sm3+ion is single phase and have condensed microstructure.Sm3+ion doped can improve the thermoelectric properties of CaMnO3,the highest power factor is 2.3×10-4 W/(m·K2)at 600℃for the sample of Sm0.05Ca0.95MnO3.
