水稻苯达松敏感致死和温敏核不育基因的遗传与育种应用

摘  要:为提高两系杂交水稻种子纯度,减轻杂稻制种过程中苗期除杂的难度,应用苯达松敏感致死材料农林8号m的衍生系93bel与温敏核不育系360S、6311S和恢复系明恢63杂交、回交,获得6F1、6F2和6BC组合,研究了苯达松敏感致死基因与温敏核不育基因的遗传模型。结果表明:93bel对苯达松除草剂表现敏感致死,苯达松敏感致死性状由1对隐性基因控制;与两个温敏核不育系杂交,在F2群体中,苯达松敏感致死性状和温敏核不育性状的遗传符合9(苯达松不敏感的可育株)∶3(苯达松不敏感的温敏核不育株)∶3(苯达松敏感致死的可育株)∶1(苯达松敏感致死的温敏核不育株)的两对独立基因的分离模式;并成功地选择了苯达松敏感致死的温敏核不育材料。The 6 F1,6 F2 and 6 BC combinations of 93bel(a line derived from Nonglin 8 with bentazon susceptible lethality)×360S(a line with thermo-sensitive genic male sterility),6311S(a line with thermo-sensitive genic male sterility) and Minhui 63(a restorer line) were obtained to study the genetic models of bentazon susceptible lethality gene and thermo-sensitive genic male sterility gene and to improve the seed purity of two-line hybrid rice.The results showed that the bentazon susceptible lethality character of 93bel was dominated by a pair of recessive genes,the segregation of F2 populations from 93bel,360S and 6311S was 9(fertile plant without bentazon susceptible lethality)∶3(thermo-sensitive genic male sterile plant without bentazon susceptible lethality)∶3(fertile plant with bentazon susceptible lethality) ∶1(thermo-sensitive genic male sterile plant with bentazon susceptible lethality),which accords with the law of independence.The thermo-sensitive genic male sterile plants with bentazon susceptible lethality were selected successfully.
