摘 要:为解决常规密集烘烤装烟量不足影响烟叶质量的问题,对密集烤房散叶插签装烟技术进行了研究。结果表明,采用散叶插签装烟技术其装鲜烟密度可达70 kg/m2,比传统挂竿装烟量增加36.7%。与挂竿烘烤相比,能明显降低烘烤环节耗煤、耗电、装卸烟用工和烘烤用工成本,其降幅可达57.1%,达到了省工降本的目的,同时烤后烟叶的内在品质也略有提高。The improved technique of stacking tobacco leaves was studied in the bulk curing barn to solve the problem of insufficient tobacco leaf amount in conventional bulk curing process.The results showed that the density of fresh tobacco leaves stacked by the improved stacking technique was up to 70kg/m^2,36.7% higher than that by conventional loading pattern,the improved stacking technique could obviously decrease the cost of energy and labor,and the decline range reached 57.1% compared with the conventional loading pattern.The internal quality of cured tobacco leaves by the improved stacking technique is slightly improved.
