患骨肿瘤黑熊血清蛋白的电泳分析

摘　　要：为了黑熊疾病的诊断与治疗,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳方法分离正常黑熊、患骨肿瘤黑熊个体的血清蛋白,结果表明:从正常黑熊个体血清蛋白中共分离出17条谱带,从患骨肿瘤黑熊个体血清蛋白中共分离出19条谱带;正常黑熊个体和患骨肿瘤黑熊个体的血清蛋白在电泳迁移率为0.21、0.23、0.27、0.29、0.35、0.37、0.43、0.44、0.47、0.54、0.56、0.60、0.62、0.64、0.67位置处的谱带分布一致;正常黑熊个体血清蛋白在电泳迁移率为0.38、0.48位置处有谱带分布,患骨肿瘤黑熊个体血清蛋白在这两处缺失,在电泳迁移率为0.22、0.25、0.26、0.33位置处的谱带为患骨肿瘤个体所特有;正常黑熊个体和患骨肿瘤黑熊个体部分相同谱带血清蛋白的活力存在差异。The serum protein of the healthy black bear and sick black bear with bone tumor was separated by polyacrylamide gel perpendicular plate electrophoresis for diagnosis and therapy of sick black bear.The results showed that 17 bands and 19 bands were separated from serum protein of the healthy black bear and sick black bear with bone tumor respectively,the band distribution of the healthy black bear and sick black bear with bone tumor was the same at the electrophoretic mobility of 0.21,0.23,0.27,0.29,0.35,0.37,0.43,0.44,0.47,0.54,0.56,0.60,0.62,0.64 and 0.67,the band distribution of the healthy black bear was at the electrophoretic mobility of 0.38 and 0.48,the band distribution of the sick bear withbone tumor was at the electrophoretic mobility of 0.22,0.25,0.26 and 0.33 except 0.38 and 0.48,and there was difference in serum protein activity of some same bands between the healthy black bear and sick black bear with bone tumor.
