摘 要:为了解家蚕对人工饲料育的适应性,选择两广二号和桂蚕二号2个蚕品种,采取1-2龄人工饲料育,3-5龄桑叶育的饲养方式,以24 h疏毛率、3龄起蚕率、各龄发育经过、眠蚕体重、产茧量和茧丝质等为指标,研究了2个蚕品种对人工饲料育的适应性。结果表明,2个蚕品种除1-3龄眠蚕体重较低和各龄发育经过相对延长外,其他各项指标与全龄桑叶育相比没有显著差异,解舒率优于全龄桑叶育。The setae dispersion rate,newly exuviated larva rate,development duration,molting larva's body weight,cocoon production and cocoon filament quality of Liangguang 2 and Guican 2 silkworm varieties were analyzed under rearing larvae with 1~2 instars by artificial feed and rearing larvae with 3~5 instars by mulberry to study the adaptability of two silkworm varieties to artificial feed.The results showed that there were no significant difference in setae dispersion rate,rate of newly exuviated larva with third instar,cocoon production and cocoon filament quality between the artificial feed group and total mulberry group in two tested silkworm varieties,except for lower body weight in 1~3 instars and longer development duration of the artificial feed group,and the reelability percentage of the artificial feed group was better than that of the total mulberry group.
