摘　　要：目的总结老年吸入性肺炎的临床特点及预防措施。方法回顾性分析96例老年吸入性肺炎患者的临床资料。结果 70-90岁是老年吸入性肺炎的高危人群,患者多合并有基础疾病,尤其以神经系统疾病(脑出血、脑梗塞、老年痴呆)为主,临床表现可不典型。结论老年吸入性肺炎具有特殊性,应进行个体化预防。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and precaution in elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia（AP）.Methods A retrospective study was designed to analyze 96 cases of elderly AP who were diagnosed in the first people＇s hospital of Yinchuan from2006 to 2008.Results 70-90 years old were high risk groups of AP;AP patients accompanied their basic diseases,specially nervous system disease（brain hemorrhage,cerebral infarction and senile dementia）;Clinical manifestation of AP was variable.Conclusion Elderly patients with AP is specific,its prevention should be individualized.
