摘　　要：分析了鞍钢集团公司大孤山球团厂能耗高的原因,通过优化组织模式、工艺参数、工艺流程等生产实践,制定出了有效降低球团能耗的具体措施,收到了较好效果,并对2009年的球团生产经济效益进行了分析,同时制定了2010年进一步节能降耗措施。The reason why energy consumption is so high in Dagushang Pelletizing Plant of Angang Steel Group Co.is analyzed,and some concrete measures for effectively reducing energy consumption of pelletizing are taken based on the production practice of optimizing structural type,technological parameters and process flow so that good results are achieved.Meanwhile economic benefits of pelletizing in 2009 are discussed,and then relevant measures for further reducing energy consumption are also regulated.
