基于理想解关联分析的社会评价模型及省级行政区的实证

摘　　要：有效的社会评价对实现区域社会发展目标有重要意义,本文在传统的理想解法的基础上,引入灰色关联分析,通过比较评价对象的不同指标与理想值的偏离程度来评价社会发展状况,建立了基于理想解关联分析的社会评价模型,并采用中国14个省级行政区的截面数据进行实证分析。本文的主要特色是采用"TOPSIS+灰色关联分析"模式,通过对每一个指标的理想解的关联分析,反映了评价对象总体上与理想状态的相似程度;避免了TOPSIS点对点的离散测量方式,解决了灰色关联分析法没有考虑评价对象与负理想解的关联度而无法进行全面评价的弊端。The effective social evaluation contributes to attainment of objectives of the regional social development.In this paper the grey correlation analysis method is introduced to establish a society evaluation model based on TOPSIS,which can be used to assess the social development through evaluating deviation degree between the different indicators＇ value of objects and the ideal value. The ＂TOPSIS＋grey correlation analysis＂ model is the main characteristic which evaluates similarity degree between ideal and objective situations.This method avoids TOPSIS＇s point-to-point discrete measurement,and overcomes the grey correlation analysis method＇s drawbacks which do not consider the correlation of the evaluated objects and the negative ideal value.
