摘　　要：体育非营利组织在我国体育公共服务供给中必将扮演愈来愈重要的角色,但是当前主要存在以下问题:相关理论研究薄弱,供给边界与限度不明;数量较少,专业人才流失严重,独立性不强;政府支持不够,活动经费不足;缺乏有效监管,参与我国体育公共服务供给效率低下。要充分发挥体育非营利组织在我国体育公共服务供给中的作用,必须加强相关理论研究,明确供给的边界与限度;加强宣传,不断提高公众对体育非营利组织的认知程度,加速体育非营利组织的培育;争取政府支持,拓宽资金募集渠道;加强相关制度建设,提高体育非营利组织在我国体育公共服务供给中的工作效率。Non-profitable sports organization will play more and more crucial role in our national public sports services supply.However,the current problems contain： the weak research on the relative basis,unclear supply boundaries and limitation,low quantity,lack in talents,insufficient governmental support,insufficient activity funds,lack in effective supervision and low supply efficiency in our national public sports services.In order to give the full play to the non-profitable sports organization in China,we must strengthen the research on basic theory,confirm the supply boundaries and limitation,accelerate the cultivation of the non-profitable sports organization to strengthen its independence,obtain the governmental support to widen the channels for funds raising and enhance supervision to promote the working efficiency of non-profitable sports organization.
