城市小学生肥胖现状、成因及干预措施——由芜湖市区27所小学肥胖生引发的思考

摘　　要：目的:通过整群随机抽样、问卷调查等研究方法,以芜湖市619名肥胖小学生为研究对象,分析城市肥胖儿生成的原因。发现儿童肥胖症成因中,饮食结构影响列首位;其余依次为学习压力过重,无暇锻炼身体;因居住条件限制,活动不足而发胖;家庭遗传倾向。同时,为克服小学生肥胖问题提出了一些干预措施。Objective： To find the present condition and causes of obesity among primary school sudents and corresponding interventions.The problem of obesity is becoming more and more popular in China and the overweight primary school students can be seen almost everywhere.The highlights of their psychological problems are inferiority,suppression and eccentric temperament which are caused by their overweight.Methods： By employing the cluster random sampling and questionnaire survey,this research probes into the causes of obesity with the perspective of 619 primary school students in Wuhu city.Results： Diet structure is the most influential cause of their obesity.The other causes are excessive pressure of learning and having no time to do physical exercises（49.1%）,insufficient physical exercises for the restriction of living condition（32.6%） and genetic tendency of the family（23.4%）.Conclusions： Some interventions are also put forward in this article to overcome the problem.
