摘  要:通过运用MEGAWIN12导肌电测试仪,对现阶段我国最优秀的两名女子铅球运动员最后用力过程中右侧的主要6块肌肉进行了生物电测试,发现过渡阶段巩立姣上肢肌肉放电积分明显,用力阶段上下肢肌肉放电水平高,上下肢肌肉之间的协同用力程度较高;李梅菊过渡阶段右侧下肢肌肉积分明显,右腿缓冲和蹬伸的幅度较大,注意了左肩内扣姿势,上下肢扭紧程度较大,用力阶段上下肢肌肉之间的协同程度较差,存在用力脱节的现象,不利于力量从下到上的传递。With the help of MEGAWIN12 myoelectricity tester,a bioelectricity test was performed on 2 elite Chinese women shot putters' 6 muscles on right body in the last force.The test shows that Gong Lijiao's muscles of the upper part of body has an obvious electric discharge in the transitional phase and her muscles of arms and legs have a high electric discharge level in the last forcing phase with the main muscle of the upper and lower part of the body cooperated well.Li Meiju has an obvious muscle integration of the right leg.The buffering and stepping extent of the right leg is big.Left shoulder was turned inward,and arms and legs are tensely twisted.But the muscles of arms and legs don't cooperate well and the forcing action is not smooth which affected the transmit of force from bottom to top.
