摘  要:配气系统作为G-M型低温制冷机的重要部件,对制冷性能有较大影响。基于1台自行研制的单级G-M型脉管制冷机,对其电磁阀配气系统和旋转阀配气系统进行了比较实验研究,重点研究了频率、时序对制冷性能的影响。实验结果表明,增大电磁阀通道数目可以在一定程度上提高压比从而提高制冷性能,但其在制冷性能方面与旋转阀相比仍存在差距。从电磁阀和旋转阀结构方面探讨了造成性能差异的主要原因。As one of the most important components of G-M type cryocoolers,valve system has significant influence on cooling performance.Comparison tests have been done on a self-made single stage G-M type pulse tube cryocooler with solenoid valve system and rotary valve system respectively.The cooling performance based on frequency and on-off timing has been revealed.Experimental results show that an increased number of solenoid valves usually gains higher pressure ratio and thus better cooling performance.However,inferiority of cooling performance of solenoid valve system still exists compared with rotary valve system.And reasons for the difference have been discussed from a view of structure of solenoid valve and rotary valve.
