摘　　要：文章论述了体育欣赏的概念及高校开设体育欣赏课的意义,通过对河南省部分普通高校开设体育欣赏课程现状的调查,论证了普通高校开设体育欣赏课程的必要性,并从课程设置、教学内容、教学手段等几个方面提出了开设该课程的合理性建议,为河南省普通高校体育欣赏课程的开设提供参考。This paper discusses the concept of sports appreciation and the significance of opening sports appreciation course in colleges and universities.Through the investigation on the current situation of some colleges and universities in Henan,the paper demonstrates it is necessary to open sports appreciation course in colleges and universities.Then the author puts forward some reasonable proposals from the Curriculum,contents,teaching methods and so on,in order to provide valuable basis for the opening of sports appreciation course in Henan colleges and universities.
