独活寄生汤加减治疗类风湿性关节炎的有效性探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:70例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组35例予雷公藤多甙片治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上予加用独活寄生汤治疗,疗程1个月。结果:治疗后两组患者关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀、活动障碍指数,晨僵等临床症状及血沉、C反应蛋白等实验室指标均有明显改善,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎安全有效。Objective：To observe the effects of Duhuo-Jisheng Tang on the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods：Atotal of 70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two group,the 35 patients in the control group were give tripterygium wilfordii,and the 35 patients in the treating group were additionally given Duhuo-Jisheng Tang.The course of treatment lasted for 1 months.Results：After the treatment,there were obvious improvements in joint ache,swelling,tendmess,jointmovable degree moring rigidity and ESR,CRP.The curative effect rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lt is indicated that Duhuo-Jisheng Tang has a significant therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritic.
