摘　　要：中风后抑郁症是发生在中风后的一种常见情感精神障碍疾病,以中风后情绪低落、思维迟缓、精神运动性抑制为临床特征。主要是因脏腑虚衰,气血郁滞而发病,证多本虚标实。可采用辨证论治或专病专方,疏肝解郁、活血解郁、扶正解郁治疗,均有较好效果。Post-stroke depression is a common disease of emotional and mental disorders after stroke,with depressed mood,mental retardation and psychomotor inhibition of clinical features.It mostly caused by functional degradation of internal viseral organs and stagnancy of qi and blood stasis,and most of syndromes are deficiency of Ben and repletion of Biao.By treatment based on syndrome differentiation or specific disease prescription,using soothing the liver and relieving depression,activating blood flow and relieving depression,strengthening body resistance and relieving depression,have better curative effect.
