摘　　要：目的:探讨美宝创面速愈贴配合转移皮瓣治疗骨外露伤口的临床效果。方法:对26例骨外露伤口使用美宝创面速愈贴配合转移皮瓣术。结果:26例手术无感染,皮瓣均成活,成功断蒂,疗效满意。结论:美宝创面速愈贴配合转移皮瓣术治疗骨外露伤口,疗效好。Objective：To explore the efficacy of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in association with skin flap transposition in treating bone exposure.Methods：26 cases of bone exposure were treated with MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in association with skin flap transposition.Results：All the patients were cured.All the skin flaps survived and the pedicles fell away.No infection happened.The results were very satisfactory.Conclusion：MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in association with skin flap transposition is very efficacious in treating bone exposure.
