清痤养颜面膜联合大黄虫丸治疗“瘀血质”痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清痤养颜面膜联合大黄虫丸治疗瘀血质痤疮的安全性、疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将符合标准的105例患者分为3组:面膜组:采用清痤养颜面膜外用3次/w,每次保留30min;中成药组:口服大黄虫丸3g,2次/d;联合组:采用清痤养颜面膜外用3次/w,同时加服大黄虫丸3g,2次/d;结果:联合组痊愈率为45.7%,总有效率为88.6%,总有效率与单纯面膜组及中成药组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:清痤养颜面膜联合大黄虫丸治疗瘀血质痤疮安全性好,疗效好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the efficiency of qicuoyangyan mask combined with Dahuangzhechong Pill to treat patients with acne in the Blood-stasis type.Methods：105 patients in the Blood-stasis type with ance,were divided into there groups with random number table medthod mask group：smooth over the mask over face,keeping for 30 min each time,3 times a week;dahuangzhechong pill group：take the pills 3g each time,twice a day;the combine group：combine the above two theropies.Results：In the combine group,the cure rate is 45.7%,the total effective rate is 88.6%,compared with the other two groups.The curative rate of combine group is higher,the difference is obviously.（P0.05）.Conclusion：qingcuoyangyan mask combined with dahuangzhechong pill are effective and safe for treating acne in the Blood-stasis type,which is worth applicating in clinical.
