丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库(2010年第01期)、MEDLINE(1991～2010.03)、EMbase(1991～2010.03)、CBMdisc(1991～2010.03)、CNKI(1994～2010.03),按纳入与排除标准选择随机对照试验、评价质量,提取资料,并用RevMan4.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共初检出121篇文献,经筛选最终纳入9篇关于丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照研究。以心绞痛症状疗效为效应尺度:χ2=6.99,df=8,P=0.54,合并OR=3.83,95%CI[2.52,5.82],Z=6.29(P<0.00001);以心电图疗效为效应尺度:χ2=7.85,df=8,P=0.45,合并OR=2.51,95%CI[1.79,3.53],Z=5.30(P<0.00001)。结论:丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛安全有效。Objective：To approach the efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treating elderly patients with unstable angina（UA）.Methods：Electronic searches were performed using the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials（Issue1,2010）,MEDLINE（1991 to March 2010）,EMbase（1991 to March 2010）,CBMdisc（1991 to March 2010）,and CNKI（1994 to March 2010）.Randomized controlled trials（RCTs） were screened the retrieved studies according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,the quality of included studies was evaluated and RevMan 4.2 software was used for meta analysis.Results：A total of 121 articles was found and 9 of which were finally included.Therapeutic effects of angina pectoris were selected as the study indices,χ^2=6.99,df=8,P=0.54,OR=3.83,95%CI[2.52,5.82],Z=6.29（P0.00001）.Electrocardiogram（ECG） was selected as the study indices,χ^2=7.85,df=8,P=0.45,OR=2.51,95%CI[1.79,3.53],Z=5.30（P0.00001）.Conclusion：Danhong injection is effective and safe to treat elderly patients with unstable angina.
