平哮合剂治疗儿童支气管哮喘热哮证发作期65例  

Clinical Observation on 65 Cases of Children with Bronchial Asthma in the Heat Asthma Exacerbation Treated with Pingxiao-Mixture

摘　　要：目的:观察平哮合剂治疗儿童支气管哮喘热哮证发作期的临床疗效。方法:将江苏省中医院130例门诊支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(65例),治疗组患儿采用平哮合剂合并布地奈德混悬液加特布他林气雾剂治疗,对照组给予布地奈德混悬液加特布他林气雾剂治疗,疗程2周,进行临床对照观察。对所得数据进行Ridit检验。结果:临床疾病疗效评价结果:治疗组有效率为98.38%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组在治疗后与同组治疗前比较,结果两组在肺通气功能方面差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;治疗组在治疗后与对照组治疗后同期比较,结果治疗组在肺通气功能方面优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:平哮合剂合并布地奈德混悬液加特布他林气雾剂治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果肯定,尤其在热哮证发作期迅速改善肺通气功能方面具有良好疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Pingxiao-Mixture treating on children with bronchial asthma in the heat Asthma exacerbation.Methods：130 cases of out-patient in Jiangsu Province hospital of TCM were randomly divided into treatment group（65 cases） and control group（65 cases）,the treatment group children combined with Pingxiao-Mixture of budesonide suspension and Terbutaline aerosol in the treatment and the control group was treated with budesonide suspension and Terbutaline aerosol,treatment for 2 weeks to conduct controlled clinical observation.Ridit examination of the data obtained.Results：Results of the effect of the clinical disease：The effective rate was 98.38% in the treatment group and the control group was 80.00%,effective difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）;the two groups after treatment compared with the same group before treatment,the difference of the pulmonary function in two groups was significant（P〈0.05）,the treatment group was superior to the control group;the treatment group after treatment with the control group after treatment comparison,the effect of pulmonary function in the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of combining with Pingxiao-Mixture of budesonide suspension and Terbutaline aerosol on treating childhood bronchial asthma is definite,especially in the heat Asthma exacerbation it has a good effect to improve the pulmonary function rapidly.
