改良银质针艾灸治疗踝关节损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良银质针艾灸对踝关节损伤的疗效。方法:将261例踝关节损伤患者随机分为3组:改良银质针艾灸组,银质针艾灸组和对照组,每组87例。改良银质针艾灸组用银质针艾灸+小针刀疗法+药物注射治疗,银质针艾灸组用单纯银质针艾灸治疗,对照组用小针刀+药物注射治疗。观察患者疼痛程度和生存质量。结果:3组患者在治疗后,疼痛程度和生存质量均有改善,而改良银质针艾灸组改善更为显著,远期疗效好。结论:改良银质针艾灸治疗踝关节损伤,可显著改善其功能状态,近远期疗效稳定。To investigate the effect on improvement of silver needle acupuncture moxibustion therapy on ankle injure.Method：The patients of ankle injure were divided into three groups：one group of improvement of silver needle acupuncture moxibustion therapy,one group of silver needle acupuncture moxibustion therapy,another one of control.They were observed the extent of pain and the quality of life.Results：The both of pain and quality of life was ameliorative in all groups.It was significant ameliorative in group of improvement of silver needle acupuncture moxibustion therapy than others,and had well of prostecdtive efficacy.Conclusions：The joint function of ankle can be significant ameliorative and stabilize of curative effect.
