摘　　要：设计了一套以DAQpad6020E数据采集卡为主的多功能数据采集与处理的水力脉动测试系统,介绍了系统硬件组成和传感器布点方式,以LabVIEW为开发平台的测试系统上层应用软件,实现了数据采集、滤波、存储和回放等功能。实际应用表明,该系统能准确测量水力脉动数据,实时显示脉动波形,具有人机界面友好、操作简单易行等优点。This paper designed a set of hydraulic pulsation test system with DAQpad6020E data collection card as the main part of multifunction data collection and data processing.Introduction was made to the system hardware composition and the sensors＇ distribution method.LabVIEW acting as upper-layer application software of development platform＇s test system,the test system realized data collection,wave filtering,storage and playback etc functions.Actual application shows that the system can correctly measure hydraulic pulsation data and display pulsation waveforms in real time with advantages of friendly man-machine interface and easy operation.
