摘 要:高强度钢在船舶生产建造过程中已得到广泛应用。高强钢的焊接常常伴随着较大的焊接残余应力,直接影响到船体结构的安全及使用寿命。文章首先基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,利用其APDL语言开发了相应的焊接程序,对高强钢锥柱结合壳模型凸锥处环焊缝的焊接过程进行模拟,得到焊接残余应力的大小和分布;然后采用X射线无损检测方法对焊缝区域进行残余应力测量。结果表明:数值模拟结果与试验测量值是相吻合的,在焊缝焊趾处存在着较大的焊接残余应力,在熔合线外,随着距焊缝中心线距离的增加残余应力值迅速下降。High tensile strength steels are widely used for the ship-building.However,welding residual stress of high tensile strength steels often exists,and it will affect the hull security and service life.In this paper,the welding procedure was developed with APDL of ANSYS,and then the welding residual stresses of the cone-cylinder pressure hull of the submarine were simulated.Secondly,the welding residual stresses were measured through the X-ray non-destructive testing.Finally,it is concluded that the welding residual stresses obtained by numerical simulation coincide with that of the experiment.In addition,there is high residual stress on the toe of the welding joint,and at the outside of the fusion line,the further from the centerline of the welding line,the less the welding residual stress.
