摘　　要：主要介绍了一种大动态低噪声差分信道技术，对其线性和噪声等主要性能进行了分析论证，并基于实际信道模型进行建模和ADS仿真，搭建的试验电路测试结果验证了理论分析结果的正确性。This paper introduces a technology of a high dynamic range and low noise differential RF channel It performs careful analysis and demonstration on main specifications such as linearity and noise figure. A model based on real RF channel is established and emulated by ADS. The results of experimental circuit approve the exactness of the theory.
