摘　　要：本文介绍了200 kA大型预焙电解槽侧部破损时,在不停槽不停电的情况下,对破损部位进行准确判断、科学修补和合理维护的方法,从而有效延长了破损槽的使用寿命,提高了经济效益。This paper mainly introduces the methods of judging accurately,repairing scientifically,and maintaining reasonably for the side-damage part in the 200 kA large pre-baked pot without stoppage and power-off,which prolong the service life of damage pot effectively,and improve the economic benefits.
