摘　　要：目的探讨妇安康胶囊对慢性盆腔炎的作用。方法采用小鼠耳肿胀法和大鼠棉球肉芽肿法,观察妇安康胶囊的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,观察妇安康胶囊的镇痛作用;采用大肠杆菌致慢性盆腔炎模型,观察妇安康胶囊对大肠杆菌致慢性盆腔炎的大鼠子宫肿胀率、血清中SOD活性和MDA含量、子宫组织病理学的变化。结果妇安康胶囊(1.4、2.8 g.kg-1)对小鼠的耳肿胀度和大鼠棉球肉芽增生有一定的抑制作用;妇安康胶囊(1.4、2.8 g.kg-1)可以延长小鼠热板潜伏期和减少扭体次数。在大肠杆菌致慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠上,妇安康胶囊(1.2、2.4 g.kg-1)可抑制大鼠子宫肿胀率、升高SOD活性、降低MDA含量、改善子宫病理组织学的变化。结论妇安康胶囊对大肠杆菌致慢性盆腔炎大鼠有一定的保护作用。Aim To investigate the effect of Fuankang capsule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats.Methods The method of xylene-induced ear edema and rats cotton granuloma method in mice were used to study anti-inflammatory effects.Tot-plate test and acetate acid in mice were used to study analgesic effects.The models of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease caused by E.coli were used to observe Fuankang capsule effects on the rat uterine swelling ratio,MDA and SOD in blood and histopathologic changes in the endometrium.Results Fuankang capsule could inhibit the degree of mice ear tumefaction and the granuloma pouch in rats.It also could reduce the pain reaction induced by hot plate and the mice body torsion.Furthermore,it could restrain chronic pelvic inflammation by E.coli,suppress the rat uterine swelling ratio,reduce the MDA and raise the SOD in blood and improve the changes of endometrium.Conclusion Fuankang capsule can protect the chronic pelvic inflammation disease in rats.
