摘　　要：目的探讨痔上黏膜环切术（procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH）治疗以Ⅲ-Ⅳ期内痔为主的混合痔的临床效果。方法选择2008年6月-2009年12月间在该院接受PPH手术治疗重度混合痔的患者126例,对其手术时间、术后平均住院时间、术后24 h疼痛发生率、术后出血情况、术后有无感染、术后随访3个月-1年有无复发等临床资料,进行总结及临床分析。结果平均手术时间（20±6.68）min,术后平均住院时间（4±2.2）d,术后疼痛发生率低,术后吻合口出血少,术后无感染,术后随访3个月-1年有无复发。结论认为PPH手术具有安全、有效、手术时间短、痛苦小、恢复快,术后并发症少等优点,随访3个月-1年无复发,患者疗效满意。Aim To investigate the clinical treatment results of Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids with the hemorrhoidal mucosa circumcision（procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH）.Methods 126 cases with severe mixed hemorrhoids received surgical treatment by PPH from June 2008 to December 2009 in our hospital,Their operation time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative pain incidence 24 h,postoperative bleeding,postoperative with or without infection,recurrence of patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year and other clinical data were summarized and clinically analyzed.Results The mean operative time was（20±6.68）min.Mean postoperative hospital stay was（4±2.2）d,with low incidence of postoperative pain,less postoperative anastomotic bleeding,no postoperative infection.patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year without recurrence.Conclusion PPH surgery is safe,effective,has shorter operative time,less pain,faster recovery and fewer postoperative complications.There is no recurrence during fo llow-up for 3 months to 1 year.
