摘　　要：集对分析是一种处理不确定性问题的系统分析方法,利用多元联系数集对分析评价方法对农民用水协会绩效进行综合评价,考虑了协会组建情况、运行状况、渠系工程状况和协会带来的效益等因素,并利用层次分析法确定各因素的权重,结果表明,基于多元联系数的集对分析评价法能很好地解决农民用水协会的评价问题。Set pair analysis（SPA） is a system analysis method to deal with uncertain problem.The performance evaluation of WUAs has been conducted by utilizing multi-contact number of this method,taking several factors including the association＇s background,operation,channels project status,benefits brought by association into consideration.Weight of each indicators used by AHP are also put forward and it is shown that the Set pair analysis method based on multi-contact number is suitable for addressing the problem of WUAs＇ evaluation.
