摘  要:采用实验生态学方法,研究了氨氮对白斑狗鱼幼鱼存活的影响。结果表明:毒性效应与氨氮浓度和中毒时间呈正相关,氨氮对白斑狗鱼幼鱼24、48、72、96h的半致死浓度分别为34.36mg·L-1、28.99mg·L-1、24.68mg·L-1、20.31mg·L-1,对应的非离子氮分别为1.355mg·L-1、1.143mg·L-1、0.973mg·L-1、0.801mg·L-1,氨氮的安全浓度为2.031mg·L-1,对应非离子氮浓度为0.080mg·L-1。In this experiment,the toxic effect of ammonia and nitrogen on the larve of Esox lucius(initial body weight 2.80± 0.36g)was studied.The water temperature fluctuated from 18 to 20℃,dissolved oxygen content was approximately 5 mg·L-1 and pH was 8.0 during the experimental period.The grades were designed by equal space between logarithm,and the median lethal concentration was computed by linear regression.The results showed that there were significant positive correlation between the ammonia and nitrogen concentration,maintained time and toxicity.Under the experiment conditions,the 24h,48h,72h and 96h median lethal concentration of ammonia nitrogen were 34.36mg·L-1,28.99mg·L-1,24.68mg·L-1 and 20.31mg·L-1 respectively,the safe concentration was 2.031 mg·L-1,non-ion ammonia were 1.355mg·L-1,1.143mg·L-1,0.973mg·L-1,0.801mg·L-1 and 0.080 mg·L-1 individually.
