摘  要:针对输送轻烃的高速离心泵的振动故障,进行了振动信号分析和拆卸解体检查。由振动信号分析推断出泵的增速箱部分存在故障,增速箱解体检查发现其高速输出轴端的轴承有损伤,造成泵运行时油压降低,轴承无法形成稳定油膜,导致轴承磨损、振动增大。通过更换轴承,使高速离心泵的振动参数恢复到正常工作状态。Aiming at the vibration fault of high-speed centrifugal pump for light hydrocarbon, vibration signal analysis and disassembly inspection were made.It is educed from vibration signals that the fault existed in the speed increasing box of pump, by disassembly inspection of the speed increasing box, it was found that the bearing of its high speed output shaft end had damage, causing pump oil pressure decreased while its running, bearing could not form stable oil film, causing bearing abrasion and vibration increase.By replacing bearing, the vibration data of the high-speed centrifugal pump returned to normal working condition.
