摘  要:采用LSS水热法,在130℃、反应时间为15 h的条件下,制备出油酸修饰的花簇状CaSO4,并对其进行了XRD,SEM,FTIR测定分析。XRD分析表明,产品为无水CaSO4,同时考察了产品在生物柴油方面的催化性能。试验结果表明:以LSS水热法制备的花簇状无水CaSO4作催化剂,制备的生物柴油产率达到了98.21%,酯化率达到86.39%,符合生物柴油标准。Oleic acid modified flower clusters shaped calcium sulfate were prepared under the suitable experimental conditions that were, the reaction temperature of 130℃, the reaction time of 15 h by LSS hydrothermal method, and the sample was characterized and analyzed by XRD, SEM, FTIR. The XRD results showed that: the products were anhydrous calcium sulfate; at the same time, the application of calcium sulfate in preparation of biodiesel was studied. The experimental results showed that: the yield of biodiesel could reach 98.21% and esterification rate could reach 86.39% by using the anhydrous calcium sulfate prepared by the LSS hydrothermal method as catalyst.The biodiesel meets the same standards to DINV of Germany.
