摘 要:大力发展生物质发电对于我国的节能减排工作具有重要意义。但是,秸秆的燃烧特性很不稳定,尤其是水分含量和热值随天气、季节变化很大,这对锅炉稳定燃烧、实现自动化控制与经济运行带来很大困难。文章对燃料性质的变化及其对负荷造成的影响进行了理论分析,并提出通过控制炉排实时燃料量来实现对负荷的有效调整,具体提出了合理配风、提高风温和炉排振动频率等方法,以应对因燃料水分的增加而造成的负荷下降。To greatly develop biomass power is important for the energy-saving and emission reduction in our country. However, the combustion character of straw is very unstable. Especially, the water content and the heat value of biomass will change obviously with the weather and the seasons change. This causes great difficulty for the stable combustion in boiler, the automated control and the economic operation. In this paper, we analyzed the change of biomass fuel property and its impact on biomass boiler load. We proposed the method to adjust efficiently by controlling the realtime fuel consumption on the grate. We also proposed the methods to keep the load drop within limits in case the fuel water content is increased, which are to adjust the air distribution, to in- crease the air temperature and to increase the frequency of the grate.
