摘 要:我国是农业大国,秸秆储量丰富,过去秸秆多在田间地头焚烧处理,严重污染环境。利用秸秆进行气化,产物燃气用途广泛,副产品草木灰可以用来制作化肥,实现能源梯级利用。文章利用工业规模的循环流化床装置进行了棉秆气化初步实验研究,结果表明,棉秆可以稳定气化,炉内温度均匀稳定,产气量及燃气热值稳定。但由于棉秆内富含碱金属,长时间运行会与作为床料的河砂反应,导致床料中的碱金属富集,降低床料熔点,出现结渣现象。China is a large agricultural country; most of the straw is incinerated in the fields with severely pollution to the environment in the past. By straw gasification, the product gas could be extensively used, the by-product of plant ash can be used to produce fertilizers in order to achieve graded use of energy. This article shows a preliminary experimental study of cotton stalks gasification by use of a industrial-scale circulating fluidized bed gasifier. The results show that cotton stalks could be gasified stably, the temperature in the furnace is uniform and fixed, the gas production and gas heat value is stable. However, cotton stalk is rich in alkali metals, which could react with sand during the long-running, and could lead to enrichment of alkali metal in the beds, and lower the bed material melting point, the slagging phenomenon will occur.
